Consent to personal data processing
This consent is a separate document under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The User gives it by tapping “I agree” in the Sales bot @lidogen_ai or by paying for access.
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
Consent text
Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give [Full name / legal name], INN [ИНН] (the “Operator”), consent to process my personal data as follows.
1. Data: Telegram ID, username, Telegram name, interface language, plan, term and payment details, my Client bot token and username, my Telegram group ID, phone numbers and session files of Telegram accounts I connect, settings and data I enter into the Service, my support requests, email if provided.
2. Purposes: providing access to Lidogen and running its features, accepting payments, support, term notifications, security.
3. Actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction, using automated means.
4. I consent to transfer of data to the recipients listed in Section 6 of the Privacy policy, including cross-border transfer, to the extent needed for these purposes.
5. Term: until the purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn.
6. Withdrawal: by message to [e-mail для обращений] or Telegram @quboz. The Operator stops processing and deletes data within 30 days, except data that must be kept by law.
